Impregnated dry transformers mostly use non-encapsulated winding, which is a kind of dry transformer introduced into China earlier, with the longest production history and relatively simple manufacturing process. The wire is covered with glass fiber, and the pad is hot-pressed with the corresponding insulation grade material. With the different impregnation paint, the transformer insulation grade is divided into B, F, H, C, and the main longitudinal insulation channel is all air as insulation material. Because such transformers are more affected by the external environment than resins, manufacturers and output at home and abroad tend to decrease. However, its heat dissipation conditions are better, the most hot spot temperature is not much higher than the average temperature, the body temperature is more uniform, the heat life is long, and the overload capacity of special employ is strong, and it still occupies a certain market.
