Insulation Winding Wire

Polyester/Polyimide film covered winding wire is made by copper or aluminum conductor. At first wrapped polyimide film which is coated with adhesive material on the conductor, and sintered film and film,to make it with conductor together. After heating, the fluorine on the composite film is melted, so that the film and the conductor are bonded as a whole. This product has excellent voltage resistance, thin insulation thickness and heat resistance up to 220 ºC. It is mainly used for winding of motors, reactors, welding machines or other similar electrical products. The electrical bare copper (aluminum) wire produced by extrusion process is an ideal material for producing polyimide film clad wire.

Fiberglass covered Aluminum/Copper wire is according to customers requirement, Aluminum/Copper conductor is evenly covered with one or two layers of non-alkali fiberglass, then it's impregnated in compatible insulating coating of required thermal class baked to make a whole between fiberglass and Aluminum/Copper conductor (optionally be applied to polyester and polyamide).

 Paper-Coated Magnet by NOMEX After being drawn or extruded from electrical round aluminum rod or oxygen-free copper rod using a particular mold, wire is wrapped in NOMEX paper of Type T410 from the US Du Pont Company. Transformers, electric welding machines, and other such electrical devices use it extensively. The best material for NOMEX paper wrapped wire is electrical bare copper or aluminum wire that has undergone an extrusion process.

Thin film covered winding wire is made of oxygen-free copper rod or electrical round aluminum rod with a specific mold suppress or wire drawing cooling treatment, and then coated in copper (aluminum) conductor with two or more layers of film (including polyester film, polyimide film, and so on) winding, suitable for oil-immersed transformer wiring and similar electrical winding. Electric bare copper (aluminum) wire produced by the extrusion technique is a good material for the manufacturing of thin film coated wire.

Cable paper covered winding wire is made of oxygen free copper rod or electrician round aluminum rod by a certain specification mold extrusion or drawing annealing treatment of wire, and then in copper (aluminum) conductor wrapped two or more layers of insulation paper (including telephone paper, cable paper, high voltage cable paper, turn to turn insulation paper, etc.) winding wire, suitable for oil-immersed transformer coil and other similar electrical winding wire. Electrical bare copper (aluminum) wire produced by extrusion process is the ideal material for the production of cable paper covered wire.

Fiber glass coated wire is first wrapped in polyester film on the copper (aluminum) wire or enameled wire, and then wrapped one or two layers glass fiber and paint, and with the required temperature resistance index insulating paint for dipping, baking treatment, so that between the glass fiber, glass fiber and film,glass fiber and paint, conductor bond into a whole.
