    Oven baking is the key process of producing electromagnetic wire enameled wire. Regardless of the coating method, the paint on the wire must go through oven baking. Under the action of high temperature, the paint solvent evaporates first and then the lacquer-based resin reacts chemically. Cross-linked closed loop is necessary to ensure the evaporation of the solvent in the paint
    In order to achieve multiple coating,the guide wheel is used to change the direction of wire travel. Because the oven temperature is high, the paint film is in a softened state when the paint wire comes out of the oven. It is easy to be bruised or flattened when passing on the guide wheel, so it needs to be cooled to reduce the temperature of the paint film when passing through the guide wheel, enough strength can avoid damage to the paint film.
