    • The enamel is typically a polymer film that provides a tough continuous layer of insulation. Enameled wires are engineered to meet temperature classes from 105 to 240°C guaranteeing service life at rated temperature for 20,000 hours.Self-supporting coils use magnet wire with an outermost thermoplastic layer that bonds coil layers together when heated or solvent activated.

    Oven baking is the key process of producing electromagnetic wire enameled wire. Regardless of the coating method, the paint on the wire must go through oven baking. Under the action of high temperature, the paint solvent evaporates first and then the lacquer-based resin reacts chemically. Cross-linked closed loop is necessary to ensure the evaporation of the solvent in the paint
    In order to achieve multiple coating，the guide wheel is used to change the direction of wire travel. Because the oven temperature is high, the paint film is in a softened state when the paint wire comes out of the oven. It is easy to be bruised or flattened when passing on the guide wheel, so it needs to be cooled to reduce the temperature of the paint film when passing through the guide wheel, enough strength can avoid damage to the paint film. 
    According to the size of the wire specifications can be different container take-up machine, take-up mechanism is the driving part of the lacquer machine line take-up tension to keep constant and can be adjusted. Receiving speed should be stepless adjustment. When producing enameled wire with different diameters, the take-up speed can be adjusted to the range required by the process. The take-up mechanism also arranges the wire and makes the enameled wire into a disc or a roll tightly, evenly and neatly.
